Whenever I play a game I always get to thinking this game was excellent except I didn’t like the story, I didn’t like the engine, or it would have been neat if I could have... Anyway I think you all get the picture. As I woke up this morning at the crack of noon I was thinking about what I had to do today I got to thinking about one of my favorite seasons, fall and I decided to put out my Halloween decorations.

For those of you who don’t know me Halloween is one of my favorite seasons. I like the ghosts, the goblins, and all the scary stuff that isn’t really all that scary to me since I am an adult now. As I was putting the last replica of a human skull on my stereo receiver I got to thinking. Halloween would make a really cool first person shooter.

Anyone who has ever played the game Nocture or Resident Evil know that both those games are incredible and kick some serious ass. Turn down the lights, turn up the sound, start the game and be ready to have the shit scared right out of you.

Now here is my idea. (All you game developers who are reading this get out your paper and pencil and start taking notes, because some of you have had some great ideas in the past and seriously screwed them up!)

Now when I say Halloween would be a great first person shooter I am not talking about Duke Nukem running around a residential neighborhood blasting bag toting kiddies in plastic Poke`mon masks (although that could be fun too). I am talking about taking a movie like Night of The Living Dead, John Carpenter’s Vampires, and a dozen other good horror movies and rolling them into the ultimate first person shooter.
